复合树脂高强纤维修复牙周炎患者下前牙缺失及固定松动牙

【摘要】：目的探讨复合树脂高强纤维修复牙周炎患者下前牙缺失及固定松动牙的效果。方法选择2009年1月至2015年1月的牙周炎下前牙缺失患者100例作为研究对象,其中观察组50例,松动牙80颗,采用复合树脂高强纤维进行修复;对照组50例,松动牙86颗,采用结扎丝牙周夹板进行固定。2组患者治疗后3个月、6个月和12个月进行复诊,观察和分析2组患者的菌斑指数(PLI)、附着丧失度(AL)、探诊深度(PD)以及患者对修复固定的满意度。结果观察组患者牙齿松动数为2例(2.5%),显著高于对照组的9例(10.47%)(P0.05);且观察组的PLI和PD改善程度显著优于对照组(P0.05),观察组患者对治疗满意程度为97.5%,显著高于对照组的87.21%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论复合树脂高强纤维修复方法不仅可以有效固定牙周炎患者的松动牙以及修复下前牙缺失,而且可以为患者提供舒适且较满意的修复体,具有重要的临床应用价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of composite resin high-strength fiber in repairing the missing and fixed loose teeth of lower anterior teeth in patients with periodontitis. Methods from January 2009 to January 2015, 100 cases of periodontitis with missing anterior teeth were selected as the study subjects, 50 cases in the observation group with 80 loose teeth repaired by composite resin high strength fiber, and 50 cases in the control group in which 86 teeth were loose. After 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after treatment, the patients in both groups were treated with ligated silk periodontal splint. The degree of plaque index (PLI),) attachment loss degree (AL), the depth of (AL), probing and the satisfaction of the patients with repair and fixation were observed and analyzed. Results the number of tooth loosening in the observation group was 2 cases (2.5%), which was significantly higher than that in the control group (9 cases, 10.47%) (P0.05), and the improvement of PLI and PD in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P0.05). The satisfactory degree of treatment was 97.5g in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (87.21%). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the composite resin high strength fiber can not only fix the loose teeth of periodontitis patients and repair the loss of lower anterior teeth, but also provide comfortable and satisfactory prosthesis for the patients. It has important clinical application value.
