E.max CAD玻璃陶瓷厚度和光照模式对RelyX U200聚合程度的影响

【摘要】:目的本实验通过傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱法,对不同厚度IPS E.max CAD玻璃陶瓷和不同光照模式作用下自粘接双固化树脂水门汀3M RelyX U200聚合程度进行对比分析,为临床进行树脂粘接操作提供一定的参考依据。方法实验一:将RelyX U200注满DSC氧化铝坩埚(内径6.5mm,高度1.5mm),制备试件50个,随机分别接受Elipar S10 LED光固化灯传统光照20s(TR)和延长光照40s(PR),每种光照模式按照介质厚度分为4个实验组H1、H2、H3、H4(E.max CAD HT A3瓷片1mm~4mm厚度)和1个对照组H0(盖玻片),总计10组,每组5个试件。37℃恒温干燥避光保存24h后,应用傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱仪记录RelyX U200固化前后的红外光谱,记录峰值,测算各组树脂水门汀聚合转化率(Degree of convertion,DC),并对统计数据进行双因素方差分析。实验二:将RelyX U200注满DSC氧化铝坩埚(内径6.5mm,高度1.5mm),制备试件25个,随机分为5组:实验组IN1,IN2,IN3,IN4和对照组TR。透过E.max CAD HT A3瓷片(厚度1mm)分别接受Elipar S10 LED光固化灯IN1(光照2s+间歇30s+光照20s)、IN2(光照2s+间歇60s+光照20s)、IN3(光照2s+间歇90s+光照20s)、IN4(光照2s+间歇120s+光照20s)以及TR(光照20s)不同模式光照。37℃恒温干燥避光保存24h后,应用傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱仪记录RelyX U200固化前后的红外光谱,记录峰值,计算聚合转化率,并对统计数据进行单因素方差分析、LSD-t组间比较以及独立样本t检验。结果1.随着E.max CAD瓷片厚度增加,传统光照模式(TR)和延长光照模式(PR)RelyX U200 DC%均逐渐下降,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。TR组DC%由35.46%(TRH0)下降到12.22%(TRH4),PR组则由39.24%(PRH0)下降到21.41%(PRH4)。相同瓷片厚度时,延长光照模式DC%高于传统光照模式DC%(P0.05)。2.间歇光照模式下RelyX U200 DC%高于传统光照模式,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。随着间歇时长的延长(2min内),DC%由30.32%(IN1)逐渐上升至37.04%(IN4),组间差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论1.随着E.max CAD玻璃陶瓷厚度增加,RelyX U200的聚合程度降低,适当延长光照有助于聚合程度的提升。2.间歇光照模式下RelyX U200聚合程度较传统光照模式高,2min内随间歇时长延长升高。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the degree of polymerization of self-bonded double-curing resin cement 3M RelyX U200 with different thickness of IPS E.max CAD glass ceramics and different illumination modes by Fourier transform attenuated total reflectance infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). To provide some reference for clinical operation of resin bonding. Methods experiment 1: RelyX U200 was filled with DSC alumina crucible (inner diameter 6.5mm, high 1.5mm), and 50 specimens were prepared. Each light pattern of Elipar S10 LED light curing lamp was randomly divided into 4 groups according to the thickness of medium according to the thickness of the medium. Each model was divided into 4 groups: H1H2H2H3H3H4 (E.max CAD HT A3 ceramic slice 1mm~4mm thickness) and a control group H0 (cover glass), a total of 10 groups. The conversion rate of resin cement polymerization (Degree of convertion,DC) was measured and the statistical data were analyzed by double factor analysis of variance (ANOVA). Experiment 2: RelyX U200 was filled with DSC alumina crucible (inner diameter 6.5mm, high 1.5mm), 25 specimens were prepared and randomly divided into five groups: experimental group IN1,IN2,IN3,IN4 and control group TR.. Elipar S10 LED light-curing lamp IN1 (20 s), IN2 (20 s), IN3 (20 s), IN4 (20 s) and TR (20 s) were treated by E.max CAD HT A3 (thickness 1mm). After 24 h storage at 37 鈩,
