CD16参与大鼠外周神经损伤及痛觉过敏的研究

【摘要】:目的:观察实验性大鼠神经损伤过程中CD16在三叉神经节的动态表达和分布,探讨三叉神经系统通过神经免疫反应参与外周神经损伤及痛觉过敏的潜在机制。方法:建立大鼠眶下神经慢性压榨损伤动物模型,应用免疫荧光标记观察CD16在三叉神经节的表达和分布,通过与CGRP的相关性分析,检测痛觉过敏过程中CD16的参与作用。结果:大鼠眶下神经压榨性损伤72h后,三叉神经节初级感觉神经元CD16的表达显著性增强,5d后达峰值,且神经元内CD16的表达与CGRP的表达具有显著相关性。结论:三叉神经系统初级感觉神经元细胞表达CD16,并参与外周神经损伤和痛觉过敏过程。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the dynamic expression and distribution of CD16 in trigeminal ganglion during experimental nerve injury in rats, and to explore the potential mechanism of trigeminal nerve system involved in peripheral nerve injury and hyperalgesia through neuroimmune response. Methods: the rat model of suborbital nerve chronic crush injury was established. The expression and distribution of CD16 in trigeminal ganglion were observed by immunofluorescence labeling. The role of CD16 in the process of hyperalgesia was detected by correlation analysis with CGRP. Results: the expression of CD16 in the primary sensory neurons of trigeminal ganglion increased significantly 72 hours after crush injury, and reached its peak 5 days later. There was a significant correlation between the expression of CD16 and the expression of CGRP in the neurons. Conclusion: the primary sensory neurons of trigeminal nerve system express CD16, and participate in the process of peripheral nerve injury and hyperalgesia.
