京尼平预处理对牙本质-树脂粘结面即刻和老化后粘结强度的影响

【摘要】:目的:观察生物交联剂京尼平预处理对牙本质-树脂粘结面即刻和老化后粘结强度的影响。方法:分别以蒸馏水、无水乙醇、无水丙酮液作为溶剂配置含京尼平浓度为0.05、0.10、0.15 mg/mL的预处理剂,并以纯溶剂作为空白对照,分别对酸蚀后的牙本质粘结面进行预处理;然后用Z350纳米复合树脂制备牙本质-树脂粘结试件,用万能测试机检测各组牙本质-树脂粘结面的即刻和冷热循环老化处理后的微拉伸粘结强度。结果:牙本质粘结面经不同溶剂配置的不同浓度京尼平预处理剂处理后,其牙本质-树脂粘结面的即刻微拉伸粘结强度(除0.05 mg/mL组外),均显著高于相应的溶剂对照组(P0.05),并且呈浓度依赖性增加;经冷热循环老化后,仍以0.1 mg/mL和0.15 mg/mL浓度的京尼平预处理组的微拉伸粘结强度显著高于相应的溶剂对照组(P0.05),各组老化后的微拉伸粘结强度均明显低于其未经老化处理的相应组(P0.05)。结论:京尼平预处理可有效保护牙本质-树脂粘结界面,并能减缓其老化过程。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the effect of genipin pretreatment on the bonding strength of dentin-resin adhesive surface immediately and after aging. Methods: distilled water, anhydrous ethanol and anhydrous acetone solution were used as solvent to prepare the pretreatment agent containing 0. 05% 0. 1010 mg/mL of geniapine, and pure solvent was used as blank control. The dentin bonding surface after acid etching was pretreated respectively. Then the dentin-resin bonding specimens were prepared with Z350 nano-composite resin. The microtensile bond strength of each group of dentin-resin bonding surfaces was measured by universal testing machine. Results: after the dentin bonding surface was treated with different concentrations of genipin pretreatment with different solvents, the bonding strength of the dentin-resin bonding surface was immediately slightly tensile (except for 0.05 mg/mL group). All of them were significantly higher than the corresponding solvent control group (P0.05), and increased in a dose-dependent manner. The microtensile bond strength of the pretreatment group with 0. 1 mg/mL and 0. 15 mg/mL concentration was significantly higher than that of the solvent control group (P0.05). The microtensile bond strength of each group after aging was significantly lower than that of the corresponding group without aging (P0.05). Conclusion: geniapine pretreatment can effectively protect dentin-resin bonding interface and slow down the aging process.
