超软热凝树脂内衬囊肿塞在颌骨囊性病变开窗减压术中的应用

【摘要】：目的探讨超软热凝树脂内衬囊肿塞在颌骨囊性病变开窗减压术治疗中的临床应用。方法20例颌骨囊性病变患者行开窗减压治疗,术后佩戴超软热凝树脂内衬囊肿塞维持引流,观察临床疗效。结果 20例颌骨囊性病变囊腔引流通畅,病变区骨密度逐渐增大。结论超软热凝树脂内衬囊肿塞能持续维持开窗减压术后囊腔引流通畅,是一种值得推广的临床应用装置。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical application of super soft thermocoagulant resin lined cysts in the treatment of maxillary cystic lesions with fenestration and decompression. Methods Twenty patients with maxillary cystic disease were treated with fenestration and decompression. Results the cystic cavity drainage of 20 cases of maxillary cystic lesions was unobstructed, and the bone mineral density of the lesion area increased gradually. Conclusion Super soft thermocoagulant resin lined cysts can keep the drainage of cyst cavity unobstructed after fenestration and decompression, which is a clinical application device worth popularizing.
