Gracey刮治器与Vector系统治疗发育期牙根缺失的效果比较

【摘要】：目的探讨不同牙周治疗手段对发育期牙根缺失的影响。方法选择60例发育期牙根缺失患儿,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各30例,两组都给予保留牙根的修复治疗,同时对照组选择Gracey刮治器进行牙周治疗,观察组选择Vector系统进行牙周治疗。结果牙周治疗后对照组的根面部分区域牙骨质缺失,牙本质小管暴露;而观察组的根面部分区域可观察到表面结构光滑。所有患儿术后牙列功能可正常行使,患儿咀嚼功能得到改善。经过观察,两组术后GI值、PD值与BOP阳性率明显降低(P0.05),同时观察组术后GI值、PD值与BOP阳性率明显低于对照组(P0.05)。两组术前牙科畏惧评分对比差异无统计学意义(P0.05),术后观察组的牙科畏惧评分明显低于术前(P0.05),也明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论相对于Gracey刮治器,Vector系统在发育期牙根缺失患儿中的应用可促进牙根面光滑,改善牙周炎水平,减轻患儿的心理畏惧水平,从而提高患儿的依从性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of different periodontal therapy on root loss in developing stage. Methods A total of 60 children with developmental root loss were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n = 30) and the control group (n = 30). Both groups were treated with root preservation and the control group were treated with Gracey curette. Vector system was selected for periodontal treatment in the observation group. Results after periodontal treatment, the dentine tubules were exposed to the root surface of the control group, and the surface structure of the root surface was smooth in the observation group. The dentition function of all the children was normal and the masticatory function was improved. After observation, the positive rate of GI, PD and BOP in the two groups was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). At the same time, the positive rates of GI, PD and BOP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in preoperative dental fear score between the two groups (P0.05). The postoperative dental fear score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the preoperative (P0.05) and significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion compared with Gracey curettage, the application of Vector system in the development of children with root loss can promote the smooth root surface, improve the level of periodontitis, reduce the level of psychological fear of children, so as to improve the compliance of the children.
