牙周病正畸与普通正畸患者错牙合类型的比较

【摘要】：目的:分析正畸矫治的牙周病与牙周健康患者在安氏分类、矢状骨面型方面的异同。方法:对427例正畸患者(牙周病占90例)的错牙合类型、矢状骨面型进行数据统计,并用SPSS 16.0统计学软件进行卡方检验。结果:1在错牙合类型上,牙周健康组以安氏Ⅰ类错牙合为主(47.5%),而牙周病组以安氏Ⅱ类错牙合为主(52.3%),两者相比有统计学差异(P0.05);2牙周病与矢状骨面型之间无显著的相关关系。结论:进行正畸治疗的牙周健康者以安氏Ⅰ类错牙合为主,而牙周病组错牙合畸形主要是安氏Ⅱ类。
