唇腭裂患者上气道形态影像学测量研究进展

【摘要】：唇腭裂是常见的先天性畸形,应用二维及三维影像学方法对唇腭裂患者上气道各部分的测量研究具有重要的临床意义。各研究使用了不同的测量方法。在二维头影测量的研究中,其选用的解剖标志点、参考平面等均有差异。而在三维的研究中,对于锥形束计算机断层扫描(CBCT)的拍摄定位、测量软件、参考平面、标志点选择及测量方法等亦多样。目前,各研究中采用的测量方法多样、测量标准不统一,往往无法对不同研究进行横向比较。该文就唇腭裂患者上气道形态影像学测量研究进行综述。
[Abstract]:Cleft lip and palate is a common congenital malformation. It is of great clinical significance to measure the upper airway of patients with cleft lip and palate by using two dimensional and three dimensional imaging methods. Different methods of measurement were used in each study. In the study of 2D cephalometric measurement, the anatomic markers and reference planes are different. In the 3D research, the shooting location, measuring software, reference plane, mark selection and measuring methods of tapered beam computed tomography (CBCT) scanning are also varied. At present, the measurement methods used in various studies are various and the measurement standards are not uniform, so it is often impossible to compare the different studies horizontally. This article reviews the study on the morphologic measurement of upper airway in patients with cleft lip and palate.
