刷牙对酸蚀后釉质表面磨损程度的研究
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effect of tooth brushing on the surface wear depth of enamel after citric acid etching. Methods 60 enamel masses were divided into 6 groups and were placed on palatal base of 10 volunteers. On the first day of the experiment, the volunteers wore palatine base in the mouth for 24 hours and then brushed their teeth twice a day for 3 days. The steps are as follows: firstly, the enamel of group F was covered with beeswax, the palatal base was etched in 50 mL citric acid solution for 2 min, then the palatine base was removed and flushed, and the beeswax of group F was removed. The other groups were brushing teeth after different remineralization time after acid etching (group A: 0 min;B: 20 min;C: 40 min;D: 60 min;E: acid etching and re-mineralization, but not brushing; group F: no acid etching, remineralization, brushing). Remove palatal base when eating and cleaning. Wear palatine base for the rest of the time. The wear depth of enamel was measured by surface profilometer and the surface morphology of enamel was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results after different time of remineralization after acid etching, the wear depth of enamel mass caused by brushing teeth was different, and the difference between each group was statistically significant (P0.05). SEM results showed that the shorter the time of remineralization after enamel etching, the shorter the time of remineralization after etching of enamel, P < 0.05). After brushing, the larger the surface is, the more deep the surface is, and the rougher the surface is. Conclusion when enamel is etched by acid, the time of remineralization in saliva increases, and the enamel surface will be worn by brushing immediately. After 60 min, brushing after brushing can effectively reduce the abrasion of enamel after brushing.
