无托槽隐形正畸系统的精度及力学性能研究

【摘要】:无托槽隐形正畸作为一项健康、美观的齿科正畸新技术,正逐渐被患者及医生所接受。无托槽正畸系统过程中涉及了多种材料的使用,包括印模材料、石膏材料和膜片材料。对于这三种材料有不同的主要性能要求,本实验运用3D扫描仪、数显显微镜、应变仪等多种技术手段,对上述三种材料的主要需求性能进行了测定,结果显示: 3shapeD700扫描仪的平均准确度符合官方申明的精度范围(△0.02),3shapeD700和口内扫描仪的准确度和精密度无显著差异。 长达3周的尺寸测量显示,制取印模后短时间的戊二醛浸泡消毒对硅橡胶印模的尺寸稳定性无显著性影响,但可能一定程度改变了尺寸的变化趋势。 关于放置条件对藻酸盐印模短时间尺寸变化的影响的研究显示,藻酸盐印模暴露于空气中超过15min会导致精度快速下降,存放时间超过15min时应当将印模浸泡在水中。 对石膏的长期尺寸变化规律的测量显示,石膏模型在刚灌制好至1小时内是快速膨胀期,也是石膏模之间膨胀速率差异最大的时期,整体来看,石膏达到最大体积的时间在1小时至1天之间。 三种不同预处理方法对0.8mmErkodur膜片在1%应变条件下的应力松弛性能的影响实验表明,热循环10次显著加快了膜片的松弛速度,但热循环20次组的应力松弛速度相比于10次组较慢,这与膜片的微观结构的改变有关。冷藏15天组的应力松弛速度相比控制组有微小的减慢,这可能与湿度的改变有关。
[Abstract]:As a healthy and beautiful orthodontic technique, invisible orthodontics without brackets is gradually accepted by patients and doctors. The use of many materials, including impression materials, gypsum materials and diaphragm materials, is involved in the orthodontic system without brackets. These three kinds of materials have different main performance requirements. In this experiment, the main requirements of these three kinds of materials are measured by using 3D scanner, digital display microscope, strain gauge and so on. The results showed that the average accuracy of 3shapeD700 scanner was in accordance with the official range of accuracy (0.02). There was no significant difference in accuracy and precision between 3shapeD700 and in-mouth scanner. The size measurement for 3 weeks showed that there was no significant effect on the dimensional stability of silicone rubber impression after a short period of glutaraldehyde soaking and disinfection, but the change trend of size may be changed to some extent. The study on the effect of placing conditions on the short time size change of alginate impression shows that when the alginate impression is exposed to air over 15min, the precision will decrease rapidly. When the storage time is longer than 15min, the impression should be immersed in water. The measurement of the long-term size change of gypsum shows that the gypsum model is a period of rapid expansion within 1 hour after just being irrigated, and it is also the period in which the difference of expansion rate between gypsum molds is greatest. The maximum volume of gypsum is between 1 hour and 1 day. The effect of three different pretreatment methods on the stress relaxation properties of 0.8mmErkodur films under 1% strain shows that the relaxation rate of the membranes is significantly accelerated by thermal cycling for 10 times. However, the stress relaxation rate of the 20 times heat cycling group is slower than that of the 10 times group, which is related to the change of the microstructure of the diaphragm. The stress relaxation rate of the 15 day cold storage group was slightly slower than that of the control group, which may be related to the change of humidity.
