广西医科大学学生口腔健康教育效果评价

【摘要】：目的了解大学生口腔健康知识、态度和行为情况,评价口腔健康教育对促进广西高校大学生口腔保健知识、态度和行为的效果。方法对广西医科大学学生进行问卷调查,并对有效回收问卷的填写者进行口腔健康教育及回访,对问卷数据进行χ2检验来比较口腔健康知识知晓率、口腔健康态度和口腔健康行为在宣教前后的改变。结果宣教前大学生口腔健康知识知晓情况欠佳,宣教后知晓情况显著提高,其中有关正畸治疗、牙龈出血、氟的作用、智齿等方面的项目有较明显改善,改善率分别为27.39%、19.10%、15.14%和14.54%(P0.01);口腔态度方面,认为口腔健康很重要的受访者由宣教前的73.59%增加到80.90%(P0.01);口腔保健行为方面,宣教前仅有37.50%和70.23%的受访者使用小头牙刷和软毛牙刷,两者宣教后的使用率分别提高了24.42%和13.88%(P0.01)。结论在高校中开展口腔健康教育可以有效提高大学生口腔健康知识水平,促进良好口腔保健行为的养成。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the oral health knowledge, attitude and behavior of college students, and to evaluate the effect of oral health education on promoting oral health knowledge, attitude and behavior of college students in Guangxi. Methods the students of Guangxi Medical University were investigated by questionnaire, oral health education and return visit were conducted to those who had effectively recovered the questionnaire, and 蠂 2 test was carried out to compare the knowledge rate of oral health. Changes of oral health attitude and oral health behavior before and after education. Results the oral health knowledge of college students was poor before missionary education, and the knowledge of oral health was obviously improved after preaching. The items about orthodontic treatment, gingival bleeding, the effect of fluoride, wisdom teeth and so on were obviously improved. The improvement rates were 27.39% 19.10% and 14.54% respectively (P0.01). In terms of oral attitude, the percentage of respondents who thought oral health was very important increased from 73.59% before education to 80.90% (P0.01). In oral health care behavior, only 37.50% and 70.23% of the respondents used small head toothbrush and soft hair toothbrush before education, the rate of using them increased by 24.42% and 13.88% respectively (P0.01). Conclusion Oral health education in colleges and universities can effectively improve the oral health knowledge of college students and promote the development of good oral health care behavior.
