单颌拔除第一前磨牙矫治成人骨性Ⅱ类错牙合的临床疗效

【摘要】：选择治疗前骨性特征和牙性特征类似的正畸治疗结束成人病例,均采用拔除上颌两颗第一前磨牙的拔牙模式,探讨单颌拔除上颌第一前磨牙掩饰治疗骨性Ⅱ类错牙合的适应证和临床疗效,为临床设计和治疗提供依据。结果表明,拔除上颌两颗第一前磨牙对轻度骨性Ⅱ类错牙合患者进行掩饰治疗可以取得较好的临床效果。
