不同表面处理方法对氧化锆修复体粘接强度的影响

【摘要】:目的:探讨几种表面处理方法对氧化锆修复体粘接强度的影响,为提高氧化锆修复体的粘接力提供依据。方法:加工10mm×10mm×2mm钇稳定氧化锆瓷坯60件,根据表面处理方法不同将试件分成喷砂组、硅涂层组、Z-PRIME Plus组、喷砂+Z-PRIME Plus组、喷砂+硅涂层组和硅涂层胶+Z-PRIME Plus组,每组10件。使用通用型粘接剂Scotchbond~(TM) Universal制作氧化锆-树脂粘接样本,在37℃水浴中储存24h后采用万能力学试验机测试其剪切强度,体视显微镜记录样品断裂模式,各组断裂样品随机抽取1件,在扫描电子显微镜下观察其表面形貌。结果:Z-PRIME Plus组试件所测得的剪切强度明显高于其他组(P0.05)。断裂模式观察,粘接破坏主要出现在喷砂、硅涂层、喷砂+硅涂层和硅涂层+Z-PRIME Plus组试件中。喷砂+Z-PRIME Plus组试件混合破坏4例,喷砂+硅涂层组试件混合破坏8例;各组试件均未出现内聚破坏。扫描电镜下观察,喷砂、Z-PRIME Plus和喷砂+Z-PRIME Plus组试件断裂面发生在粘接剂-氧化锆界面,硅涂层、硅涂层+Z-PRIME Plus组试件断裂面发生在硅涂层-氧化锆界面,喷砂+硅涂层组试件断裂面部分发生在硅涂层-粘接剂界面。结论:Z-PRIME Plus用于氧化锆表面预处理可以明显提高其与树脂的粘接强度。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the effect of several kinds of surface treatment on the bonding strength of the repair body of the oxidized silicon oxide, and to provide the basis for improving the adhesive force of the oxygen-oxidizing agent. Method:60 pieces of 10-mm,10-mm and 2-mm high-pressure stable oxidation-resistant porcelain were processed, and the test pieces were divided into sand-blasting group, silicon coating group, Z-PRIME Plus group, sand-blasting + Z-PRIME Plus group, sand-blasting + silicon coating group and silicon-coating adhesive + Z-PRIME Plus group according to the surface treatment method. using a universal adhesive, Scotch-(TM) Universal, to make an oxidized-resin adhesive sample, storing the sample in a water bath at a temperature of 37 DEG C for 24 hours, testing the shear strength by using a universal mechanical testing machine, recording the fracture mode of the sample according to a stereomicroscope, and randomly extracting one piece of fracture samples in each group, The surface morphology was observed under a scanning electron microscope. Results: The shear strength of Z-PRIME plus group was significantly higher than that of other groups (P0.05). The fracture mode was observed and the adhesion failure mainly occurred in the sandblasting, silicon coating, sandblasting + silicon coating and the silicon coating + Z-PRIME Plus group test piece. In the sand-blasting + Z-PRIME Plus group,4 cases were mixed and destroyed, and 8 cases were mixed and destroyed by the sand-blasting + silicon coating group, and no cohesive failure occurred in each group of test pieces. The fracture surface of the test piece of the sand-blasting, Z-PRIME Plus and the sand-blasting + Z-PRIME Plus group was observed under the scanning electron microscope, and the fracture surface of the test piece on the adhesive-oxidation interface, the silicon coating, the silicon coating and the Z-PRIME Plus group occurred on the silicon coating-oxidation interface, The part of the fracture surface of the sand-blasted + silicon coating group occurred on the silicon coating-adhesive interface. Conclusion: Z-PRIME Plus can obviously improve the bonding strength of Z-PRIME plus the resin.
