微种植体支抗不同植入部位对患者牙科焦虑症和疼痛的影响
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of microimplant-supported anti-(MIA) implantation sites on preoperative anxiety level, postoperative pain degree and duration. Methods 40 patients in each group who had to be implanted with MIA in the maxillary anterior area, maxillary molar area and mandibular molar area were investigated and statistically analyzed by using (VAS) before and after the operation of the modified dental anxiety scale (MDAS);) and the visual analogue scale (VAS). Results the preoperative anxiety score of patients undergoing MIA implantation was (10.44 卤3.54), and 51.6% of the patients had a score higher than 11, which was high anxiety. There was no significant correlation between preoperative anxiety and implantation site (P0.05). However, there was a significant correlation between the degree of pain after implantation and the implantation site. The pain degree in the anterior tooth area group and the maxillary molar area group was more severe than that in the mandibular molar area group. There were statistically significant differences among the three areas at 6, 12 and 24 hours after operation (P0.05). The peak of pain in the high anxiety group and the low anxiety group appeared at 6 h after operation, and there was a significant difference in the pain peak intensity between the high anxiety group and the low anxiety group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the intensity of pain onset and the duration of pain duration (P0.05). Conclusion there is no significant correlation between different implantation sites and preoperative anxiety level, but there is a significant correlation between preoperative anxiety and postoperative pain intensity. There was also a significant correlation between the severity of anxiety before implantation and the peak intensity of postoperative pain. It is suggested that the diameter of MIA, the smooth degree of the head, the relationship between the implanted site and the surrounding mucosa should be considered clinically, and the psychological and behavioral intervention should be carried out before the implantation in order to reduce the fear of the patients. And then reduce the degree of postoperative pain.
