牙周源性牙周牙髓联合病变感染患者病原体特点及相关因素分析

【摘要】:目的探讨牙周源性牙周牙髓联合病变感染患者病原体特点及感染危险因素,为临床疾病防治提供参考。方法选取2014年6月-2016年6月于医院治疗的300例牙周牙髓联合病变感染患者作为试验组,共360颗牙;另选取同期入院行正畸治疗的300例(360颗牙)且为同样牙位的患者作为本次研究对照组,分别采集两组患者患牙处样本,并加以检测分析。结果试验组病原菌检出率为59.17%,高于对照组的12.78%(P0.05);奈瑟菌属、棒状杆菌属、放线菌属、梭杆菌属及嗜血杆菌属感染为牙周源性牙周牙髓联合病变感染的高危因素。结论牙周源性牙周牙髓联合病变感染与临床病原体感染存在紧密联系。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the pathogen characteristics and infection risk factors in patients with periodontogenic periodontal pulp combined disease (PDD), so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of clinical diseases. Methods from June 2014 to June 2016, 300 patients with combined infection of periodontal pulp and pulp were selected as the test group, and 360 teeth were selected as the test group. In addition, 300 patients (360 teeth) who were treated with orthodontic treatment at the same time were selected as the control group, and the samples of the two groups were collected and analyzed. Results the detection rate of pathogenic bacteria in the test group was 59.17%, which was higher than that in the control group (12.78%) (P0.05). The infection of Nessiella, Corynebacterium, Actinomycetes, Clostridium and Haemophilus were the high risk factors of periodontitis periodontal pulp disease. Conclusion there is a close relationship between the infection of periodontal pulp and the infection of clinical pathogen.
