单侧磨牙正锁牙合者下颌边缘运动轨迹的研究

【摘要】：目的探讨单侧磨牙正锁牙合者下颌边缘运动轨迹的特征及其与正常牙合人群的差异。方法选择单侧磨牙正锁牙合者18例作为实验组,牙合关系正常者18例作为对照组,应用ARCUSdigmaⅡ下颌运动轨迹描记仪记录下颌边缘运动的轨迹。采用SPSS 17.0统计软件分析比较两组间各指标的差值情况。结果实验组的下颌边缘运动轨迹较对照组出现曲折、台阶以及摆动幅度较大;实验组下颌前伸边缘运动范围小于对照组(P0.05),下颌向锁牙合侧边缘运动时,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);实验组的髁突运动最大差数(MRC)指数与对照组比较,在开口边缘运动(前后向)和前伸边缘运动(前后向及垂直向)差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论单侧磨牙正锁牙合对下颌切点边缘运动的轨迹特征、边缘运动的范围以及双侧髁突运动的对称性具有影响。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of mandibular marginal movement in patients with unilateral molar occlusal occlusion and its difference with normal occlusal population. Methods 18 cases of unilateral molar occlusal were selected as experimental group and 18 cases of normal occlusal relationship as control group. The trajectory of mandibular edge movement was recorded by ARCUSdigma II mandibular motion trajectory recorder. SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used to analyze and compare the difference of each index between the two groups. Results compared with the control group, the mandibular edge movement track of the experimental group showed twists and turns, and the steps and swinging amplitude of the experimental group were larger than those of the control group. The range of mandibular extension edge movement in the experimental group was smaller than that in the control group (P 0.05), and there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (P 0.05). Compared with the control group, the (MRC) index of condylar movement in the experimental group was significantly different from that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion unilateral molar occlusal has an effect on the trajectory characteristics of the edge movement of mandibular incisors, the range of edge movement and the symmetry of bilateral condylar movement.
