Micro-CT用于分析种植体周围骨小梁情况及相应ROI选择的初探

【摘要】:初探微计算机断层扫描技术(Micro-CT)分析种植体周围骨小梁情况,介绍运用特定的感兴趣区域(ROI)选择办法,对比分析不同时期种植体-骨界面骨结合情况。实验动物为8只雄性Beagle犬,将每只犬双侧下颌第3、4前磨牙微创拔除,牙龈翻瓣后选择相应拔牙窝的合适位置即刻植入种植体(规格为长度10.0 mm,直径3.8 mm)各1颗。术后4周,随机处死4只实验犬,其余4只于种植术后8周时处死,术后4周及8周共有32枚种植体样本,运用Micro CT扫描,使用特定ROI选择方法进行分析研究对比。结果显示术后4周与8周种植体周围骨密度及骨小梁数目、厚度、形态等方面差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。本实验运用的选择ROI方法客观、合理、有效,最终ROI分析结果符合传统骨愈合及种植体-骨结合理论,为临床种植学研究提供了指导。
[Abstract]:The microcomputerized tomography (Micro-CT) was used to analyze the periosseous bone trabeculae of the implants. the (ROI) selection method of the specific region of interest was introduced to compare and analyze the bone bonding between the implant and the bone interface in different periods. In 8 male Beagle dogs, the 3rd and 4th premolars were removed by minimally invasive extraction of the 3rd and 4th premolars in each dog. After the gum flap was turned over, the suitable position of the corresponding tooth extraction fossa was selected for immediate implantation (1 mm in length and 1 mm in diameter). At 4 weeks after operation, 4 experimental dogs were randomly killed, and the other 4 dogs were killed at 8 weeks after implantation. 32 implantation samples were collected at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after operation. Micro CT scanning was used to analyze and compare them with specific ROI selection methods. The results showed that there were significant differences in bone mineral density, number, thickness and morphology between 4 weeks and 8 weeks after operation (P 0.05). The selected ROI method used in this experiment is objective, reasonable and effective. The final ROI analysis results are in accordance with the traditional theory of bone healing and implantation-bone union, which provides guidance for clinical implantation research.
