玻璃纤维桩长度和纤维含量对牙体抗折强度的影响
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of glass fiber post length and fiber content on the bending strength of teeth, and to explore the suitable length and fiber content of glass fiber post for tooth defect repair. Methods 42 complete mandibular premolars were randomly divided into A, B, C3 experimental groups with 14 teeth in each group. Perfect root canal therapy was performed after 2 mm crown cutting at the upper boundary of glazed teeth, and post preparation was carried out. The depth of post was 6 mm in group A, 10 mm,B, 8 mm,C, and 6 mm, respectively. Each experimental group was divided into two subgroups with 7 teeth in each group. A1, B1, C1 group were treated with 42% glass fiber post, A2, B2, C2 group were treated with 75% glass fiber post for post bonding. Resin nuclear molding and metal crown repair. All the experimental specimens were made into specimens, and the fracture strength was tested on a universal material experimental machine. the instantaneous pressure value of root fracture and the fracture mode of the specimen were recorded. Results the bending strength of teeth in group A was higher than that in group B and group C, and that in group B was higher than that in group C (P 0.05), and the fiber content of 75% glass fiber post was higher than that of 42% glass fiber post (P 0.05). Conclusion the longer the length of the post is, the greater the bending strength of the tooth is when the defective tooth is repaired with glass fiber post. The bending strength of teeth repaired with 75% fiberglass fiber post was higher than that of 42% fiberglass post with fiber content.
