原发牙龈B细胞性淋巴瘤1例

【摘要】：本文报告1例原发牙龈B细胞性淋巴瘤。患者男,28岁,临床表现为:左上颌牙龈无痛性逐渐增生1月。专科检查发现患者23,24,25,26颊侧见一大小约2cm*1.5cm*1cm肿物。影像学检查24,25牙周膜增宽,颊侧骨质呈低密度影像,边界不清。病理镜下可见异形淋巴细胞弥漫排列,免疫组化示:CD20(-),CD2(-),CD10(-),CD138(+),CD79a(+),LCA(+),Ki-67:80%左右(+)。诊断为原发牙龈B细胞性淋巴瘤。
[Abstract]:A case of primary gum B-cell lymphoma is reported. The patient was 28 years old. The clinical manifestation was painless hyperplasia of left maxillary gum for 1 month. Specialist examination found that the patient 23, 24, 25, 26 cheek side showed a size of about 2cm*1.5cm*1cm mass. Imaging examination 24, 25 periodontal membrane widened, buccal bone showed low density images, the boundary is not clear. CD20 (-), CD2 (-), CD10 (-), CD138 (), CD79a (), LCA (), Ki-67:80% left and right (). Could be seen under pathological microscope. It was diagnosed as primary gum B-cell lymphoma.
