一种新型含稳定亚锡-氟化钠牙膏的菌斑渗透率和脂多糖中和效率的临床评价

【摘要】:目的:评价一种新型含亚锡-氟化钠牙膏中亚锡离子的菌斑渗透率和脂多糖(LPS,内毒素)中和效率。方法:采用随机、对照、单盲的原位临床试验。分为PBS、新型亚锡-氟化钠牙膏(EXP)和市售亚锡-氟化钠牙膏(MKD)3组。用荧光染料、荧光探针及激光共聚焦荧光共定位方法分析。结果:EXP组亚锡离子菌斑渗透率和LPS中和效率显著优于MKD和PBS组(P0.05)。EXP组亚锡离子和结合态LPS的荧光存在96.52%的空间共定位。结论:新型含亚锡-氟化钠牙膏中的亚锡离子能渗入菌斑内部并中和LPS。
[Abstract]:Aim: to evaluate the plaque permeability and lipopolysaccharide (LPS, endotoxin) neutralization efficiency of a new stannous sodium fluoride toothpaste containing stannous ion. Methods: a random, controlled, single blind in situ clinical trial was conducted. It was divided into three groups: PBS, new stannous sodium fluoride toothpaste (EXP) and stannous sodium fluoride toothpaste (MKD). The results were analyzed by fluorescence dye, fluorescence probe and laser confocal fluorescence localization method. Results: the plaque permeability and LPS neutralization efficiency of stannous ion in EXP group were significantly better than those in MKD and PBS group (P 0.05.
