透明质酸钠关节腔注射对无错颌畸形关节盘前移位患者的疗效分析

【摘要】：目的：评价透明质酸钠关节腔注射治疗无错颌畸形颞下颌关节盘前移位的临床疗效。方法：选择46名非错颌畸形颞下颌关节盘前移位患者用透明质酸钠同时进行关节上下腔注射治疗,治疗完成(每周注射一次,每位患者注射3-4次)后,每月一次复诊,随访半年,行关节常规检查并拍曲面断层片,并行颢下颌关节核磁检查,评价治疗效果。结果：经过治疗,随访半年后,41名弹响患者中27名弹响完全消失6例弹响明显减轻(总有效率80.49%),17名疼痛患者中11名疼痛消失3名患者疼痛减轻(总有效率82.35%),6名张口受限患者中4名转为正常,1人张口度改善超过5mm(总有效率83.33%)。结论：关节腔注射对治疗无错颌畸形伴颞下颌关节盘前移位具有较好的疗效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate joint cavity injection in the treatment of anterior disc displacement of TMJ without malocclusion. Methods: 46 patients with anterior disc displacement of TMJ without malocclusion were treated with sodium hyaluronate injection at the same time. After the treatment was completed (once a week, each patient was injected 3 times), the patients were re-diagnosed once a month, followed up for half a year, routine joint examination and curved surface tomography were performed, and magnetic resonance examination of mandibular joint was performed to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results: after treatment, 27 of the 41 patients were followed up for half a year, 6 of them disappeared completely (the total effective rate was 80.49%), 11 of the 17 patients with pain disappeared (the total effective rate was 82.35%), 4 of the 6 patients with mouth opening restriction became normal, and 1 of them improved more than 5mm (the total effective rate was 83. 33%). Conclusion: intra-articular injection is effective in the treatment of malformed jaw with anterior disc displacement of TMJ.
