【摘要】：正由于口腔卫生保健常识的匮乏,老年人楔状缺损的发病率高达90%以上〔1〕;且由于楔状缺损部位及结构的复杂性,使缺损处的充填材料极易脱落。老年人多伴有不同程度的心脑血管疾病,加之治疗时出现的焦惧、紧张,极易诱发老年人身体发生意外,因此,在无痛无损伤条件下探寻适宜老年人临床应用的充填材料十分必要。1材料与方法1.1一般资料选择2009~2012年在本院口腔科门诊就诊的楔状缺损患者58例,男30例,女28例,年龄65~85岁,共
