肥胖伴牙周炎患者龈沟液及血清中脂联素与内脂素的表达

【摘要】：目的检测肥胖伴牙周炎患者龈沟液及血清中脂联素与内脂素的表达水平。方法本研究共纳入80例我科就诊患者,分为4组。其中对照组20例(H组)、牙周炎组20例(CP组)、肥胖组20例(OB组)、肥胖伴牙周炎组20例(OB+CP组);记录患者的一般信息和临床指标;收集龈沟液及静脉血清样本,采用ELISA法测定龈沟液及血清中脂联素与内脂素的表达水平;利用SPSS 17.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果 CP组、OB组及OB+CP组血清中脂联素的浓度低于H组(P0.05)。OB+CP组血清中脂联素的浓度低于CP组及OB组(P0.05)。CP组、OB组及H组龈沟液中脂联素的浓度高于OB+CP组(P0.05)。CP组、OB组及H组血清中内脂素的浓度低于OB+CP组(P0.05)。结论肥胖可能通过抑制脂联素表达、促进内脂素的表达加重牙周组织的破坏。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of adiponectin and adiponectin in gingival crevicular fluid and serum of obese patients with periodontitis. Methods 80 patients in our department were divided into 4 groups. There were 20 cases in control group (group H), 20 cases in periodontitis group (CP group), 20 cases in obese group (OB group) and 20 cases in obese group with periodontitis (OB CP group). The general information and clinical indexes of the patients were recorded. The serum samples of gingival crevicular fluid and vein were collected and the expression levels of adiponectin and adiponectin in gingival crevicular fluid and serum were measured by ELISA method. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software package. Results the concentration of adiponectin in serum of CP group, OB group and OB CP group was lower than that of H group (P 0.05). The concentration of adiponectin in serum of). OB CP group was lower than that of CP group and OB group (P 0.05). CP group, OB group and H group were higher than OB CP group (P 0.05). CP group, OB group and H group were lower than OB CP group (P 0.05). Conclusion Obesity may aggravate the destruction of periodontal tissue by inhibiting the expression of adiponectin and promoting the expression of adiponectin.
