含氟钾酚醛树脂脱敏剂的临床疗效

【摘要】：正2008年《中国成人牙本质敏感流行病学调查》显示,29.7%的20~60岁成年人受牙本质敏感困扰,50~59岁高发,患病率达39.1%,女性高于男性[1];国外报道,牙本质敏感在成年人群中的发病率为4%~74%,且女性高于男性[2]。临床上用于治疗牙本质过敏的方法有药物、激光治疗等,但目前尚无明确有效的治疗方法。我们改良了传统酚醛树脂液的配方,研制含氟钾酚醛树脂脱敏剂并观察其治疗牙本质敏感症的临床疗效。1临床资料和方法1.1含氟钾酚醛树脂脱敏剂配制传统酚醛树脂脱敏剂配方:I液为400 mL/L甲醛液,
