[Abstract]:When writing academic papers, researchers can not do without consulting the literature. in the face of massive information resources, it is very important to retrieve and manage the references quickly for the follow-up work. The advantages of literature management software are that it can be directly connected to different databases for retrieval, can manage literature conveniently and effectively, and has powerful functions, such as plug and play, batch import, format output and literature analysis. There are many kinds of literature management software. This paper introduces the functions and existing advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of document management software for readers' reference. 1 EndNote literature management software is the first EndNote. developed by Thomson Reuters (Thomson Reuters). It is one of the best known literature management tools in the world, which can be called synonymous with document management software. Its latest version is a full-featured single version of EndNote X8.EndNote.
