青少年上颌Wilson曲线与颞下颌关节紊乱病的相关性研究

【摘要】：目的:研究青少年上颌Wilson曲线与颞下颌关节紊乱病(TMD)的症状之间的相关性。方法:选取2017年1月至8月的就诊于新疆医科大学第一附属医院的青少年TMD患者及自愿参加本研究的无颞下颌关节紊乱病的大学生105名。把研究对象分为TMD组与正常组,对研究对象进行肌肉疼痛与关节弹响症状进行检查,并通过CBCT测量技术分别测量两组上颌Wilson曲线的角度,结果采用单因素方差分析与t检验进行统计分析。结果:TMD组与正常对照组Wilson曲线的角度相比较,差异具有统计学意义,TMD组Wilson曲线的平均角度较正常对照组大。有关节弹响症状的患者弹响关节同侧的磨牙颊舌向轴倾度比非弹响侧磨牙的颊舌向轴倾度较大,差异有统计学意义。弹响关节对侧非弹响的磨牙颊舌向倾斜度与正常组相比,差异无统计学意义。有肌肉弹响、无肌肉疼痛的患者Wilson曲线的角度相比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:TMD患者较正常对照组呈现更深的Wilson曲线。颞下颌关节紊乱病的患者弹响侧的磨牙颊舌向倾斜角度大于非弹响侧,较深的Wilson曲线会导致TMD患病风险增加。而颞下颌关节紊乱病的肌肉疼痛症状与Wilson曲线的角度并无显著的相关性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the correlation between maxillary Wilson curve and (TMD) symptoms in adolescents with TMJ. Methods: from January to August 2017, TMD patients from the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University and 105 college students who volunteered to participate in the study were selected. The subjects were divided into TMD group and normal group. Muscle pain and joint bounce symptoms were examined, and the angles of maxillary Wilson curves were measured by CBCT measurement technique. The results were statistically analyzed by single factor variance analysis and t test. Results: compared with the normal control group, the angle of Wilson curve in TMD group was significantly different from that in normal control group. The average angle of Wilson curve in TMD group was larger than that in normal control group. The axial inclination of the buccal tongue of the molars on the same side of the bouncing joint was significantly higher than that of the non-elastic molars, and the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in buccal and lingual inclination between the flacking joint and the normal group. There was no significant difference in the angle of Wilson curve in patients with muscle bounce and no muscle pain. Conclusion: the Wilson curve of TMD patients is deeper than that of normal control group. In patients with TMJ, the buccal and tongue tilt angle of molars on the flapping side is larger than that on the non-elastic side, and the deeper Wilson curve will increase the risk of TMD. However, there was no significant correlation between muscle pain symptoms and the angle of Wilson curve in TMJ.
