口腔扁平苔藓与白色念珠菌感染关联性的Meta分析

【摘要】：目的:采用Meta分析方法评价口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)与白色念珠菌感染的关联性,为OLP的抗真菌治疗提供依据。方法:计算机检索PubMed数据库、EMBase数据库、Medline数据库、Cochrane图书馆、中国知网数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)和万方数字化期刊库,检索从建库至2016年12月30日所有相关文献。由2位研究者按照纳入和排除标准筛选文献、提取资料并评价质量后,采用RevMan 5.3及Stata 12.0软件进行Meta分析,计算优势比(OR)和95%可信区间(95%CI)以评价关联性,采用漏斗图及Egger’s法评估文献的发表偏倚。结果:本组共纳入13篇病例对照研究,其中OLP患者1 073例,正常对照者766名。OLP患者白色念珠菌检出率明显高出对照组(OR合并=2.30,95%CI:1.60~3.31,P0.01)。其中7篇研究对OLP患者进行临床分型,糜烂型OLP(E-OLP)患者白色念珠菌感染风险明显升高(OR=10.12,95%CI:4.05~25.28,P0.01)。结论:OLP与白色念珠菌感染有关,这一关联性在EA-OLP患者中尤为明显。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the relationship between oral lichen planus (OLP) and candida albicans infection by Meta, and to provide evidence for antifungal therapy of OLP. Methods: PubMed database, EMBase database, Medline database, Cochrane library, (CNKI), Chinese sci-tech periodical database (VIP) and Wanfang digital periodical database were searched by computer, and all related literatures were searched from the establishment of the database to December 30, 2016. Two researchers selected the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracted the data and evaluated the quality. Meta analysis was carried out by RevMan 5.3 and Stata 12.0 software. The odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (95%CI) were calculated to evaluate the correlation, and funnel diagram and Egger's method were used to evaluate the publication bias of the literature. Results: a total of 13 case-control studies were included in this group, including 1,073 OLP patients and 766 normal controls. The detection rate of candida albicans in OLP patients was significantly higher than that in the control group (OR combined with 2.30, 95% CI1.60 卤3.31, P01). Among them, 7 studies were used to classify OLP patients, and the risk of candida albicans infection in erosive OLP (E-OLP) patients was significantly increased (OR=10.12,95%CI:4.05~25.28,P0.01). Conclusion: OLP is associated with candida albicans infection, especially in EA-OLP patients.
