功能性下颌偏斜对髁突软骨增殖活动影响的初步研究

【摘要】:目的:探讨功能性下颌偏斜对青春期大鼠下颌髁突软骨增殖活动的影响。方法:选用4周龄雄性SD大鼠80只,使用随机数字表法随机分成3组:偏斜组40只,偏斜恢复组20只,对照组20只。偏斜组及偏斜恢复组大鼠上前牙黏结冠套模拟功能性下颌偏斜。偏斜恢复组在安放冠套14 d后全部拆除,对照组不作任何处理。偏斜组及对照组分别在7、14、21 d及28 d各取10只与5只大鼠处死,偏斜恢复组在拆除冠套后的第7、14天各取10只大鼠处死。免疫组织化学SABC法检测下颌髁突软骨细胞增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)的表达。结果:(1)PCNA阳性细胞主要分布于髁突软骨增殖层和浅肥大层。(2)实验第7天时,偏斜组非偏斜侧髁突软骨中、后、外区域PCNA表达较对照组增强(中部P=0.022,后部P=0.019,外部P=0.024),偏斜侧髁突软骨后、外区域PCNA表达较对照组减弱(后部P=0.015,外部P=0.017),实验第14天差异更加显著(非偏斜侧中部P=0.0023,后部P=0.01,外部P=0.0097,偏斜侧后部P=0.0005,外部P=0.006),且差异性一直持续到第28天(非偏斜侧中部P=0.0001,后部P=0.0001,外部P=0.0001,偏斜侧后部P=0.0001,外部P=0.0001)。当拆除冠套后,偏斜恢复组两侧髁突软骨PCNA表达的差异逐渐减小,至实验28 d时恢复至对照组水平。结论:功能性下颌偏斜使青春期大鼠下颌骨双侧髁突软骨发生不对称适应性改建,而进行早期矫治后,双侧髁突软骨的生长改建活动逐渐趋于一致。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of functional mandibular deviation on the proliferation of mandibular condylar cartilage in adolescent rats. Methods: 80 4-week-old male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: oblique group (n = 40), oblique recovery group (n = 20) and control group (n = 20). Functional mandibular deviation was simulated by bonding crown cover of upper anterior teeth in oblique group and oblique recovery group. The oblique recovery group was removed 14 days after placing the crown sleeve, while the control group was not treated with any treatment. 10 rats and 5 rats in the oblique group and the control group were killed on the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th day, respectively, and 10 rats in the oblique recovery group were killed on the 7th and 14th day after the crown cover was removed. The expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA) in mandibular condylar cartilage cells was detected by SABC.
