新型冠状病毒可能的气溶胶传播与口腔诊疗防护的特殊性（英文）

　　自2019年12月中国武汉出现新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）以来,多个国家受到影响,已经有9万多名患者确诊。新型冠状病毒肺炎已经成为了一个受全世界关注的公共卫生事件。COVID-19的主要传播途径有接触传播和飞沫传播,以及可能的气溶胶传播。口腔科诊疗的特殊性使空气中极易产生气溶胶。认识和了解气溶胶的传播方式和口腔治疗可能产生的影响有利于发现日常口腔诊疗中存在的纰漏并对其进行改进。我们还针对疫情期间的口腔急诊及常规口腔诊疗提出了除标准防护外特殊的防护措施,以指导临床工作。
