空气净化器除菌性能检测中采样方法的研究

【摘要】:目的通过对空气净化器除菌性能检测中液体撞击式和固体撞击式采样法的分析和比较,探讨合理的采样方法。方法分别用两种采样方法采集30立方米负压气雾室的空气中自然菌和白色葡萄球菌气溶胶,对采样结果进行统计分析。结果两种采样方法对空气自然菌的采样结果的差异性不显著;两种采样方法对人为释放的微生物气溶胶的采样结果存在显著性差异,平板采样法的敏感度较高,其中在初始浓度的气溶胶采集中,两组结果具有显著的相关性,线性回归关系极显著。结论人工微生物气溶胶的环境稳定性差,在液体采样过程中消亡率高;在空气净化器除菌性能检测中,可用液体撞击式采样法采集气雾室0 h微生物气溶胶。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze and compare the liquid impingement sampling and solid impingement sampling in the performance test of air purifier. Two sampling methods were used to collect natural bacteria and Staphylococcus albus aerosols from 30 cubic meters of negative pressure aerosol chamber. Results there was no significant difference between the two sampling methods for the natural bacteria in the air, and there was significant difference between the two sampling methods for the artificially released microbial aerosol. The sensitivity of the plate sampling method is high, among which the results of the two groups have significant correlation and linear regression relationship in the initial concentration of aerosol collection. Conclusion the environmental stability of artificial microbial aerosol is poor. In the process of liquid sampling, the microbial aerosol can be collected by liquid impingement sampling method for 0 h.
