手机大肠菌群污染状况调查及消毒方法研究

【摘要】:目的了解手机的污染状况,研究实用可行的手机消毒方法。方法采用问卷调查的方式进行手机使用习惯的调查,参照《公共场所茶具微生物检验方法大肠菌群测定》(GB/T 18204.3-2000)的要求进行大肠菌群的采样、检测和评价,依据消毒技术规范(2002)的要求利用酒精擦拭法和紫外线照射法进行消毒效果的检测和评价。结果问卷调查结果显示,50份问卷调查显示每人每天手机的使用次数超过20次的人数占58%,手机使用前后洗手的人数只占6%,定期对手机进行清洗消毒的人数只占到2%;污染状况的调查显示大肠菌群的污染率为46%;75%的酒精棉球在对染有金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的手机表面擦拭消毒后,试验的平均杀灭对数值为5.41和5.54(≥3.00),消毒合格,试验重复3次;紫外线手机消毒器,在对染有金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的手机表面作用12 min后,试验的平均杀灭对数值为3.08和3.10(≥3.00),消毒合格,试验重复3次。结论手机的卫生状况不容忽视,人们对手机的定期清洁和消毒意识薄弱,要养成良好的手机使用习惯,如经常洗手和定期清洁和消毒手机,避免疾病的发生和流行。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the status of mobile phone pollution and to study the practical and feasible methods of mobile phone disinfection.
