耳鼻咽喉手术动力系统清洗保养方法探讨

【摘要】：目的探讨耳鼻咽喉手术动力系统清洗保养方法。方法将使用后的耳科手术动力系统20套(300件)、鼻咽喉手术动力系统20套(180件)随机分为2组,每组10套。对照组根据行业标准进行清洗,目测进行绝缘性能检测。试验组制定标准化处理流程,手术护士术后及时床旁预处理,消毒供应中心专人负责清洗、保养,使用绝缘检测仪进行绝缘性能检测。结果试验组的清洗质量ATP检测合格率高于对照组;绝缘性能完好率检测低于对照组,两者有明显统计学差异(P0.01)。结论制订标准化处理流程、术后及时的预处理、专人负责处理,可有效提高耳鼻咽喉手术动力系统清洗质量,降低手术者操作风险,保证手术顺畅进行。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the method of cleaning and maintenance of otorhinolaryngology operation dynamic system. Methods Twenty sets of dynamic system of otorhinolaryngology and 20 sets of 180 cases of dynamic system of nasolaryngology operation were randomly divided into two groups. 10 sets in each group. The control group was cleaned according to the industry standard, and the insulation performance was tested by visual test. The test group established the standardized treatment process, the operation nurses pretreated immediately after operation, the disinfection and supply center was specially responsible for cleaning and maintenance, Results the qualified rate of ATP test of cleaning quality in test group was higher than that of control group, the perfect rate of insulation performance was lower than that of control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.01). The timely preconditioning and handling by special personnel can effectively improve the cleaning quality of the otorhinolaryngology operation power system, reduce the operation risk and ensure the smooth operation.
