华容县血防保障体系的构建与评价研究

【摘要】: 在人类寄生虫病中,就社会经济与公共卫生重要性而言,血吸虫病是仅次于疟疾的第二重要的热带病。血吸虫病流行于76个国家和地区,对人类造成极大的危害。虽然世界的许多国家和地区都进行了血吸虫病的防治研究,但对于建立血吸虫病防治保障和对该体系的评价却被忽略,所以迫切需要建立合适的血防保障体系以保障血防工作的顺利实施。华容县地处长江南岸和东洞庭湖区,自然环境状况较好,农业生产条件优越,尤其是水资源丰富,湿地面积广大;同时也是我国的血吸虫病的主要流行区,对其血防保障体系进行研究具有很强的理论和实践意义。 血吸虫病的防治是一个复杂的系统,其已成为直接影响疫区社会、经济、生态可持续发展的重要因素。本文在分析、总结部分学者研究成果的基础上,依据可持续发展理论和系统论,兼顾本地的实际情况和血防工作中出现的问题,试图构建一个比较系统的血防保障体系;并且从破坏钉螺的生物链与生态农业相结合出发,针对不同的区域提出了不同的灭螺血防技术保障体系。 在国家血吸虫病防治条例和《华容县血吸虫病防治“十一五”规划》的启发下,本文首次提出华容县血防保障评价指标体系;对评价指标原始值的无量纲化问题进行了研究,并对评价方法进行了探讨。结合本论文评价指标体系的实际情况,提出用层次分析法对华容县血防保障体系统的指标体系进行评价。针对评价结果,对华容县血防保障体系的建设提出建议和对策。
[Abstract]:Among human parasitic diseases, schistosomiasis is the second most important tropical disease after malaria in terms of socio-economic and public health importance. Schistosomiasis is endemic in 76 countries and regions. Great harm to human beings. Although many countries and regions of the world have carried out research on the prevention and control of schistosomiasis, the establishment of protection against schistosomiasis and the evaluation of the system have been ignored. Therefore, there is an urgent need to establish an appropriate system for ensuring the smooth implementation of the work. Huarong County is located on the south bank of the Yangtze River and in the East Dongting Lake region. The natural environment is good, and the agricultural production conditions are superior, especially the abundant water resources. Wetland is a large area and is also the main endemic area of schistosomiasis in China. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the system of schistosomiasis prevention and control. The prevention and control of schistosomiasis is a complex system, which has become an important factor directly affecting the sustainable development of society, economy and ecology in epidemic areas. According to the theory of sustainable development and the theory of system, taking into account the local actual situation and the problems existing in the work of blood control, this paper tries to construct a relatively systematic system of protection against the disease and to combine the destruction of the biological chain of Oncomelania hupensis with the ecological agriculture. Different technical guarantee systems of snail control were put forward for different regions. Inspired by the National regulations on Schistosomiasis Control and the 11th Five-Year Plan of schistosomiasis control in Huarong County, this paper first puts forward the evaluation index system of the guarantee of schistosomiasis in Huarong County, and studies the dimensionless problem of the original value of the evaluation index. Combined with the actual situation of the evaluation index system of this paper, the paper puts forward to use AHP to evaluate the index system of Huarong County's system of social control and protection. Some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward for the construction of Huarong County's schistosomiasis protection system.
