河南省2012年医疗机构法定传染病疫情报告质量调查

【摘要】：目的了解河南省医疗机构法定传染病疫情报告质量现况,为制定针对性传染病疫情信息报告管理措施提供理论依据。方法采用多级抽样方法在全省范围内抽取60家医疗机构开展调查。结果全省医疗机构传染病总漏报率为3.18%,乙类传染病漏报率为2.59%,丙类传染病漏报率为3.77%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.606,P=0.436);各类医疗机构间漏报率差异无统计学意义(P=0.164 2);门诊和住院部的漏报率分别为2.73%和4.14%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.747,P=0.387);全省总体及时报告率为95.95%,各类医疗机构间差异无统计学意义(P=0.876 6);个案信息的完整率、准确率和一致率分别为91.84%、80.42%和83.68%,其中医院和卫生院的完整率差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.935,P=0.000)。结论河南省医疗机构法定传染病疫情信息报告工作仍存在不少问题,各地应采用各种措施和手段进一步提高报告质量。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation of the report quality of epidemic situation of epidemic diseases in medical institutions in Henan Province and to provide theoretical basis for making the management measures of information report on epidemic situation of targeted infectious diseases.Methods A multi-stage sampling method was used to investigate 60 medical institutions in the province.Results the total unreported rate of infectious diseases in medical institutions was 3.18, that of Class B infectious diseases was 2.59 and that of Class C infectious diseases was 3.770.The difference was not statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 = 0.606, P ~ (0.43636)), there was no significant difference between different medical institutions (P ~ (0.164) ~ 2).The rate of missing report in hospital was 2.73% and 4.14, respectively, the difference was not statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 / 0.747 / P ~ (0.387)), the overall timely reporting rate of the whole province was 95.95 and there was no significant difference between various medical institutions (P ~ (0.8766)), and the complete rate of case information was not significant.The accuracy rate and the consistent rate were 91.84% and 83.68%, respectively. There was significant difference in the complete rate between hospital and health center (蠂 2 = 13.935%, P < 0.000).Conclusion there are still many problems in the reporting of epidemic situation of statutory infectious diseases in medical institutions in Henan Province, and various measures and means should be adopted to further improve the quality of reports.
