2012年越城区入托入学查验预防接种证工作现状调查

【摘要】：目的了解越城区儿童入托入学查验接种证工作现状,发现查验过程中出现的问题,并提出相应对策。方法收集越城区2012年查验入托入学儿童预防接种证的基础资料及统计报表,采用Excel进行分析。结果全区共查验托幼机构99所、小学27所,分别占应查托幼机构和小学数的93.40%和100%。应查验儿童10 291名,入托及入学儿童的查验率分别为98.24%和99.74%;预防接种证持有率为98.56%;补办儿童预防接种证人数135名,补证率分别为83.33%和98.77%,补种疫苗2 070人,补种率分别为86.56%和93.45%。其中常住及流动儿童查验率为99.92%和95.87%,持证率分别为99.58%和95.87%;补证率分别为100.00%和89.47%;全程补种率分别为95.91%和85.44%。入托入学儿童未完成补种的主要原因是查验差错,占37.38%。结论无证幼儿园是入托入学查验预防接种证工作的死角,外来流动儿童是工作的重点人群,教育机构无专业校医,是影响此项工作的主要因素。
