郴州市社区老年人抑郁情绪的流行病学调查

【摘要】：目的了解郴州市社区老年人的抑郁情绪及相关因素。方法采取分层随机整群抽样的方法,对800例郴州市60岁及以上老年人进行问卷调查。结果发放问卷843份,回收有效问卷800份(94.9%)。郴州市60岁及以上老年人抑郁情绪检出率为9.7%(轻度5.9%,中重度抑郁3.8%)。性别、婚姻状况、居住方式、受教育程度、以往职业、主要经济来源、吸烟情况、读书看报习惯及患慢性病情况均与抑郁情况显著相关(P0.05)。非在婚,以往职业是农民和患3种及以上慢性病是老年人抑郁情绪的危险因素。受教育程度高中以上和独立经济来源是老年人抑郁情绪的保护因素。结论郴州市60岁及以上社区老年人抑郁情绪检出率较高。应及时加强健康状况和社会心理干预,有效预防老年人抑郁情绪的发生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the depression and related factors of the elderly in the community of Chenzhou. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in 800 cases aged 60 years and above in Chenzhou by stratified random cluster sampling. Results 843 questionnaires were distributed and 800 valid questionnaires were collected. The detectable rate of depression in the elderly aged 60 and above in Chenzhou was 9.7 (mild 5.9m) and moderate and severe depression (3.8%). Sex, marital status, living style, education level, past occupation, main source of income, smoking, reading and reading habits and chronic diseases were all significantly correlated with depression (P 0.05). Non-married, previous occupation was farmer and 3 or more chronic diseases were risk factors of depression in the elderly. Education above high school and independent financial sources are the protective factors of depression in the elderly. Conclusion the prevalence of depression in the elderly aged 60 and above in Chenzhou is high. Health status and psychosocial intervention should be strengthened in time to effectively prevent the occurrence of depression in the elderly.
