ATP生物荧光法检测环境卫生标准值的建立与应用研究

【摘要】:目的建立生物荧光法检测医院环境卫生消毒标准值及其应用价值。方法通过医院环境表面现场标本采集和ATP生物荧光法检测,同时与细菌培养法作平行比较,以建立ATP生物荧光法检测医院环境表面消毒卫生标准值。结果将医院Ⅰ~Ⅳ类等4种不同区域表面采集的标本经ATP生物荧光法检测的RLU值和细菌培养法检测的菌落数进行比较,二者存在相关关系。确定Ⅰ~Ⅲ类环境中医务人员手和物体表面的RLU值依次为7与55;44与103;170与216。结论本研究确定了该医院4类环境中手和表面细菌数范围,并确认ATP生物荧光法与细菌培养法结果一致,建议医院临床开展卫生学监测中可参考本研究得出的RLU标准值。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a biological fluorescence method for the detection of disinfection standard value of hospital environmental hygiene and its application value. Methods ATP biofluorescence method was used to detect the hygienic standard value of disinfection of hospital environmental surface by collecting samples from the field of hospital environment and comparing it with bacteria culture method in order to establish a ATP biofluorescence method to detect the hygienic standard value of disinfection of hospital environment surface.
