【摘要】： 目的:了解安徽省临泉县HIV感染者安全套使用与艾滋病相关知识知晓情况,以确定采取有针对性的防治方式。方法:采用匿名问卷,对101名已婚的18-60岁HIV感染者和23名非感染者进行定量调查;同时,抽取20名HIV感染者和5名非感染者进行定性访谈。结果:101名感染者中,77.2%的HIV感染者听说过艾滋病,男性多于女性,75.2%HIV感染者传播途径都回答正确,男性正确率高于女性,差异有显著性;认为正确使用安全套能预防艾滋病的男性多于女性,差异有显著性。大部分感染者知道感染情况后性生活比过去减少。仍有性生活的感染者中,66.0%的男性感染者和65.7%的女性感染者最近一次性生活使用了安全套,差异无显著性。男性HIV感染者与女性HIV感染者相比,在安全套的获取、自我感觉、自我评价方面有差异。结论:我国HIV感染者主要集中在农村地区,多数处于性活跃期,本次研究说明,要进一步加大艾滋病防治力度,尤其是提高女性HIV感染者艾滋病相关知识知晓程度和安全套使用率。,多数处于性活跃期,本次研究说明,要进一步加大艾滋病防治力度,在对HIV感染者干预中,重点应是提高女性与性伴侣交流、沟通、协商的技能,克服免费索取安全套时的羞辱感。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the knowledge of condom use and AIDS among HIV infected people in Linquan County, Anhui Province. Methods: an anonymous questionnaire was used to investigate 101 married HIV infected persons aged 18-60 years and 23 non-infected persons, and 20 HIV infected persons and 5 non-infected persons were selected for qualitative interviews. Results 77.2% of the 10 1 HIV infected people had heard of AIDS. The correct answers of male were correct than that of female (75.2%). The correct rate of male was higher than that of female, and the difference was significant. It is believed that correct condom use can prevent AIDS in more males than females, and the difference is significant. Most infected people know the infection after the sex life is less than in the past. 66.0% of males and 65.7% of females who still had sex had used condoms in their latest life, and there was no significant difference between them. There are differences in condom acquisition, self-feeling and self-evaluation between male and female HIV infected persons. Conclusion: HIV infection in China is mainly concentrated in rural areas, most of them are sexually active. This study shows that the prevention and treatment of AIDS should be further strengthened. In particular, raising the level of AIDS related knowledge and condom use among women living with HIV, most of them are sexually active.
