【摘要】:正醛类化合物中某些醛可作为灭菌剂、消毒剂、防腐剂和抗菌剂,其应用从19世纪末开始以来一直持续到现在,且不断有新的醛类化合物作为消毒剂等被研究出来。醛类消毒剂中的甲醛是已经使用了120多年的古老消毒剂,而邻苯二甲醛是仅使用不到20年的年轻消毒剂。醛类消毒剂杀灭微生物的机理主要是作为烷基化剂和交联剂,烷基化蛋白质和核酸上氨基、巯基、羟基和羧基等,使其发生交联,抑制蛋白质、酶和核酸的功能,如引起蛋白质变性、
[Abstract]:Some aldehydes in normal aldehydes can be used as sterilizers disinfectants preservatives and antimicrobial agents. Their applications have continued since the end of the 19th century and new aldehydes have been studied as disinfectants. Formaldehyde in aldehydes is an old disinfectant that has been used for more than 120 years, while phthalaldehyde is a young disinfectant that has been used for less than 20 years. Aldehydes are mainly used as alkylating agents and crosslinkers, such as amino, sulfhydryl, hydroxyl and carboxyl groups on alkylated protein and nucleic acid, which can inhibit the function of protein, enzyme and nucleic acid.
