某基层医院住院患者医院感染现患率调查

【摘要】：目的了解医院感染现患率,分析相关危险因素,以便加强临床预防措施。方法通过横断面调查方法,对某医院住院患者医院感染现患率状况进行调查与分析。结果实查住院患者602例,发生医院感染34例,现患率为5.65%。医院感染部位以下呼吸道为主,占41.18%,泌尿道感染占17.65%。调查当日,感染患者病原学标本送检率为52.94%,抗菌药物使用率为56.31%。结论该医院住院患者医院感染现患率较高,应加强对重点科室、重点环节监控与防控。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection and analyze the related risk factors in order to strengthen clinical preventive measures. Methods the prevalence of nosocomial infection in inpatients in a hospital was investigated and analyzed by cross-sectional investigation. There were 602 inpatients and 34 patients with nosocomial infection. The incidence rate was 5.65. Nosocomial infection occurred mainly in respiratory tract (41.18%), urinary tract infection (17.65%). On the day of investigation, the rate of pathogenic specimens was 52.94 and the utilization rate of antimicrobial agents was 56.31. Conclusion the present rate of nosocomial infection of inpatients in this hospital is high, so we should strengthen the monitoring and control of key departments and key links.
