利多卡因胶浆在小儿气管异物取出术中的应用及安全性评价

【摘要】：正气管、支气管异物是小儿急性气管、支气管阻塞的常见原因,也是小儿耳鼻咽喉科常见急症[1],若不及时有效处理可影响呼吸导致缺氧,危及患儿生命。在全身麻醉下行气管镜下异物取出术是临床中小儿气管和支气管异物的治疗首选方法,但临床中发现行异物取出术时,小儿气道对气管镜等刺激的反应性很强,出现屏气、呛咳等症状,易发生缺氧,影响手术的安全性。笔者用2%利多卡因胶浆代替润滑剂,在小儿气管异物取出术中涂于直达喉
[Abstract]:The foreign body of positive trachea and bronchus is the common cause of acute trachea and bronchial obstruction in children, and is also the common emergency in pediatric department of otorhinolaryngology [1]. If not dealt with effectively in time, it can affect respiration and lead to anoxia and endanger the life of children. The removal of foreign bodies under tracheoscopy under general anesthesia is the first choice for the treatment of trachea and bronchial foreign bodies in children. However, it is found in clinic that the airway of children is highly responsive to tracheoscopy and other stimuli, and they hold their breath. Cough and other symptoms are prone to anoxia, affecting the safety of surgery. The author applied 2% lidocaine glue instead of lubricant to direct larynx in children's trachea foreign body extraction.
