不同剂量右美托咪定对七氟醚吸入麻醉诱导的影响

【摘要】：目的:关于不同剂量右美托咪定对七氟醚吸入麻醉诱导的影响。方法:本次研究选取我院2012年2月~2015年2月期间收治的120例患儿作为研究对象。对照组患儿采用0.5μg/kg右美托咪定配合七氟醚对患儿进行麻醉;观察组患儿采用0.7μg/kg右美托咪定配合七氟醚对患儿进行麻醉。观察指标为患儿手术时间、气管导管拔出时间、苏醒时间、苏醒后躁动情况等。结果:对照组手术时间44.12±5.64min、气管导管拔出时间12.65±3.18min、苏醒时间10.26±4.56min、苏醒后镇静评分2分;观察组手术时间4.24±5.48min、气管导管拔出时间14.58±3.74min、苏醒时间12.42±3.46min、苏醒后镇静评分4分;观察组患儿气管拔管时间、苏醒时间、镇静评分均优于对照组。结论:采用0.7μg/kg右美托咪定配合七氟醚对患儿进行麻醉的效果优于0.5μg/kg。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of dexmetidine on sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia induction. Methods: 120 children in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2015 were selected. Children in the control group were anesthetized with sevoflurane (0.5 渭 g/kg), and those in the observation group were anesthetized with 0.7 渭 g/kg dexmetomidine combined with sevoflurane. The observation indexes were operation time, tracheal catheter pullout time and restlessness after recovery. Results: in the control group, the operation time was 44.12 卤5.64 min, the trachea catheter extraction time was 12.65 卤3.18 min, the recovery time was 10.26 卤4.56 min, and the sedation score was 2 points. The operation time was 4.24 卤5.48 min, the tracheal catheter extraction time was 14.58 卤3.74 min, the recovery time was 12.42 卤3.46 min, and the sedation score was 4 points after recovery, and the tracheal extubation time, recovery time and sedation score in the observation group were better than those in the control group. Conclusion: the anesthetic effect of 0.7 渭 g/kg dexmetidine combined with sevoflurane is better than 0.5 渭 g / kg.
