高位截瘫剖宫产产妇全麻1例报告

【摘要】：正患者,女,25岁,因"停经38+6周,要求入院待产"入院。患者12年前因机器绞发造成颈椎损伤,且伤及第6、7颈髓致高位截瘫。当时四肢及胸部以下感觉运动消失,大小便失禁,经保守治疗及康复训练2年后至今,损伤平面以下肌肉功能不完全,可扶助行器行走,大小便可部分控制。查体:生命体征平稳;颈部可前倾及后仰;四肢肌力Ⅳ级。辅助检查:谷丙转氨酶(ALT)118IU/L,谷草转氨酶(AST)83IU/
