【摘要】:目的:骨质疏松症是女性绝经后面临的一种常见疾病,随着社会人口平均寿命的提高和老龄化进程的加剧,其发病率在逐年上升。骨量减少期是骨质疏松患者从健康骨量发展到骨质疏松的过渡阶段。本实验的目的是探讨绝经后骨量减少女性的绝经年限、体成分、骨代谢相关血清指标的变化规律,及其与骨密度的相关性,旨在为减缓绝经女性骨量流失,预防其骨质疏松的发生提供指导性建议。方法:在对80位受试者进行年龄,绝经年限,初潮年龄,月经年限,日常体力活动,睡眠状况,饮食结构,病史以及手术史等内容问卷调查的基础上,对受试者进行全身和局部骨密度测试后,根据腰椎1-4节骨密度的T值将受试者分为骨量正常组(T-score≥-1)和骨量减少组(-2.5≤T-score-1)。空腹抽取受试者肘静脉血5-10ml,提取出血清后,用比色法检测血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(STRACP),血脂四项(总胆固醇TCH,甘油三酯TG,高密度脂蛋白HDL-C,低密度脂蛋白LDL-C)的含量;用ELISA检测血清中血清素(Serotonin)和鸢尾素(Irisin)的含量。使用SPSS22.0对骨密度(BMD)与其他指标间进行相关性分析,对不同骨量组进行组间骨密度,血清指标,体成分,绝经年限的差异显著性分析。结果:1.骨量减少组受试者血清AKP、STRACP、TCH、TG、HDL-C,LDL-C、Serotonin、Irisin的含量与骨量正常组差异无统计学意义。2.骨量减少组受试者的体重、BMI、基础代谢率显著低于骨量正常组,但BMI与BMD间无相关性,而基础代谢率与BMD间有显著相关性。3.骨量减少组受试者的绝经年限显著高于骨量正常组,且与BMD间有相关性。结论:绝经年限是影响绝经女性骨密度的关键因素。绝经后骨量减少的女性,其体重、BMI和基础代谢率均显著降低,而血清中AKP,STRACP,TCH,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,Serotonin,Irisin的含量没有显著变化。
[Abstract]:Objective: osteoporosis is a common disease in postmenopausal women, with the increase of average life expectancy and the aggravation of aging process. The incidence of bone mass is increasing year by year. The period of osteopenia is the transition stage from healthy bone mass to osteoporosis. The purpose of this study was to investigate the menopausal age and body composition of postmenopausal women. The changes of serum indexes related to bone metabolism and their correlation with bone mineral density were designed to slow down bone loss in menopausal women. Methods: 80 subjects were given age, menopausal age, menarche age, menstrual age, daily physical activity, sleep status and dietary structure.
