CD141与CD36对甲状腺功能减退症患者外周血管内皮功能的影响

【摘要】:目的:探讨单核细胞CD141及血小板CD36对甲状腺功能减退症患者(PWH)外周血管内皮功能的影响。方法:PWH组52例,40例健康体检者为对照组,流式细胞仪检测外周血单核细胞CD141及血小板CD36;彩色多普勒检测肱动脉血流介导的血管内皮舒张功能(FMD)。比较两组单核细胞表达CD141、血小板表达CD36的差异及FMD(%)的差异;Pearson法分析CD141及CD36与FMD(%)的相关性。结果:单核细胞CD141(%)PWH组为21.79±9.45,对照组为18.84±9.64,PWH组明显高于对照组(P0.01);血小板CD36(%)PWH组为34.26±10.23,对照组为28.65±9.53,PWH组明显高于对照组(P0.01)。FMD%PWH组为8.65±1.97,对照组为11.25±2.72,PWH组明显低于对照组(P0.01)。CD141与FMD%存在负相关(r=-0.657,P0.01);CD36与FMD%存在负相关(r=-0.557,P0.01)。结论:PWH组单核细胞CD141及血小板CD36均明显高于对照组;CD141及CD36与血管内皮舒张功能均存在负相关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effects of monocyte CD141 and platelet CD36 on peripheral vascular endothelial function in patients with hypothyroidism. Flow cytometry was used to detect CD141 and platelet CD36 in peripheral blood monocytes, and color doppler was used to detect vascular endothelial diastolic function mediated by brachial artery flow. The expression of CD141 in monocytes, the difference of CD36 expression in platelets and the difference between two groups were compared. Results: the correlation between CD141 and CD36 in monocyte CD141(%)PWH group was 21.79 卤9.45, and that in control group was 18.84 卤9.64 CD141(%)PWH group, which was significantly higher than that in control group (P 0.01), platelet CD36(%)PWH group (34.26 卤10.23), control group (28.65 卤9.53) PWH group (8.65 卤1.97), and control group (11.25 卤2.72) PWH group (8.65 卤1.97). Compared with the control group, there was a negative correlation between CD141 and FMD%. Conclusion the monocyte CD141 and platelet CD36 in the WPWH group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.01). There was a negative correlation between CD36 and FMD%. Conclusion there is a negative correlation between CD141 and CD36 and vascular endothelium diastolic function in the control group.
