嗜碱性粒细胞表达炎症因子和归巢受体水平与类风湿性关节炎发病的关系

【摘要】:通过检测类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)患者外周嗜碱性粒细胞的活化情况,分析其活化与RA发病的关系,进一步阐明RA的发病机制。流式细胞术检测正常对照组和RA患者组外周嗜碱性粒细胞的活化情况及其表达炎症因子和归巢受体的情况。结果显示,RA患者外周嗜碱性粒细胞表达活化标志物CD203c的水平显著高于正常对照组(P0.05)。RA患者外周表达IL-4、IL-6和IL-13的嗜碱性粒细胞比例以及CD62L和CCR7表达水平均显著高于正常对照组(均P0.05)。RA患者外周嗜碱性粒细胞处于高度活化状态,并表达高水平的炎症因子和归巢受体,提示其活化后可能趋化至局部,进而参与RA的发病。
[Abstract]:By detecting the activation of peripheral basophil in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients, the relationship between the activation and the pathogenesis of RA was analyzed. Flow cytometry was used to detect the activation of peripheral basophils and the expression of inflammatory factors and homing receptors in peripheral eosinophils in normal controls and RA patients. The level of CD203c, the activation marker of granulocyte expression, was significantly higher than that of the peripheral eosinophil expression of IL-4, IL-6 and IL-13, and the expression of CD62L and CCR7 in peripheral peripheral eosinophils of patients with RA (P0.05. 0. 05%, all P 0. 05. 0. 05). The peripheral eosinophils in RA patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls. Alkaline granulocytes are highly activated, The expression of high levels of inflammatory factors and homing receptors suggests that they may converge to local level after activation, and then participate in the pathogenesis of RA.
