原发性舍格伦综合征和Th22的相关性研究

【摘要】：目的:探讨原发性舍格伦综合征pSS的发病机制。方法:本课题拟通过流式细胞仪检测Th22在pSS患者和健康人外周血中的表达情况,并用ELISA检测pSS患者和健康人血浆中IL-22的水平,同时观察患者腺体破坏轻、中、重三种程度的pSS患者外周血中这些细胞亚群及其细胞因子的变化,从而探讨Th22和IL-22在pSS发病中量的变化。结果:pSS患者外周血中的Th22细胞及其细胞因子的表达频率明显高于健康对照组,并且Th22及其细胞因子IL-22的表达量随着病情的逐步加重而逐步增加。结论:针对Th22细胞活性调节及IL-22效应通路进行的干预很可能成为临床治疗原发性舍格伦综合征的新靶点。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the pathogenesis of PSS in patients with primary Schaeglen syndrome. Methods: the expression of Th22 in peripheral blood of PSS patients and healthy people was detected by flow cytometry, and the levels of IL-22 in plasma of PSS patients and healthy people were detected by Elisa. The changes of these cell subsets and their cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with severe PSS were studied to explore the changes of Th22 and IL-22 in the pathogenesis of PSS. Results the expression frequency of Th22 cells and their cytokines in patients with PSS was significantly higher than that in healthy controls, and the expression of Th22 and its cytokines IL-22 increased gradually with the exacerbation of the disease. Conclusion: the intervention of Th22 cell activity regulation and IL-22 effect pathway may be a new target for the clinical treatment of primary Schegren syndrome.
