同伴支持教育在社区2型糖尿病健康教育管理中的应用研究

【摘要】:目的:探讨同伴支持教育在社区2型糖尿病(2 type diabetes mellitus,T2DM)健康教育管理中的作用。方法:筛选我市叠彩社区卫生服务中心的200位糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机平均分为同伴支持教育组和对照组,行基线随访,对照组给予糖尿病常规教育管理,同伴支持教育组予给糖尿病常规教育管理+同伴支持教育管理。结果:同伴支持教育组}f予同伴支持教育后,体重,BMI,血糖,餐后2h血糖,糖化血红蛋白,TG,TC,DM自我管理行为,DM相关问题,WHO-5幸福感指数均较同伴支持教育前有所改善,且均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:同伴支持教育可能通过提高糖尿病患者的自我管理行为和WHO-5幸福感指数,减少糖尿病患者的相关问题,达到控制体重,降低血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_1c)的作用,适用于2型糖尿病患者的健康教育管理。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the role of peer support education in the health education management of type 2 diabetes mellitus (2 type diabetes mellitus, T2DM) in community. Methods: 200 diabetic patients in Diecai community health service center were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into peer support education group and control group, and the control group was followed up and the control group was given diabetes. Regular education management, peer support education group gave diabetes routine education management + peer support education management.
