鲑鱼降钙素联合补肾宣肺汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者骨质疏松

【摘要】：目的:观察应用鲑鱼降钙素联合补肾宣肺汤治疗COPD患者骨质疏松的临床疗效。方法:选取骨质疏松症患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用补钙基础治疗加用鲑鱼降钙素;观察组在对照组治疗基础上加服补肾宣肺汤治疗,疗程结束后对两组骨痛程度、骨密度、血钙等生化项目进行比较。结果:观察组患者骨痛程度、骨密度、血钙等改善均优于对照组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:应用鲑鱼降钙素联合补肾宣肺汤治疗COPD患者骨质疏松疗效明显。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Salmon calcitonin combined with Bushen Xuanfei decoction on osteoporosis in patients with COPD. Methods: 60 patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into control group (n = 30) and observation group (n = 30). The control group was treated with calcium supplementation plus salmon calcitonin, and the observation group was treated with Bushen Xuanfei decoction on the basis of control group. After the course of treatment, the degree of bone pain, bone mineral density, blood calcium and other biochemical items were compared between the two groups. Results: the improvement of bone pain, bone mineral density and blood calcium in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: the effect of Salmon calcitonin combined with Bushen Xuanfei decoction on osteoporosis in COPD patients is obvious.
