血清中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值与2型糖尿病大血管病变的相关性研究

【摘要】：目的:探讨2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者血清中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(serum neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio,NLR)与大血管病变的相关性。方法:将211例T2DM患者分为单纯T2DM(T)组、合并下肢动脉粥样硬化(L)组、合并颈部动脉粥样硬化(C)组、合并下肢动脉兼颈部动脉粥样硬化(LC)组。收集患者的一般临床指标及生化指标。结果:单因素方差分析及LSD多重比较分析显示,L组、C组、LC组的NLR均数均大于T组(P0.05);Logistic多元回归分析结果显示,年龄、舒张压、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、NLR是2型糖尿病大血管病变的危险因素(P0.05)。结论:NLR与2型糖尿病大血管病变存在相关性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between serum neutrophil-lymphocyte neutrophil / lymphocyte ratio and macroangiopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (type 2 diabetes mellitusus T2DM). Methods: two hundred and eleven patients with T2DM were divided into T2DM (T) group, (L) group, (C) group and (LC) group. General clinical and biochemical indexes were collected. Results: univariate ANOVA and LSD multiple comparison analysis showed that the mean of NLR in group C was higher than that in group T (P0.05). The results of multiple logistic regression analysis showed that age, diastolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure were significantly higher in group C than in group T (P0.05). Low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) NLR was a risk factor for type 2 diabetic macroangiopathy (P0.05). Conclusion there is a correlation between the ratio of 1: NLR and type 2 diabetic macroangiopathy.
